Shipments usually arrive between 2-8 business days within the US as well as international orders.

Delay delivery date?1)Custom made Job we need extra time to finish which depends on the project;2)Design you ordered out of stock as all design need to be made by my husband so there will have some delay;3)custom stuck delay which out of our control as we usually send affordable international shipping.

We ship to every country in the world. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional charges.

US Returns & Exchanges

To initiate an exchange or return, simply email us at landy@westmenlights.com. Don't forget to include your order number (sent in confirmation email) and a picture of our design to check for never using.

We will not ship out exchanges until we visually inspect the returns (either done at our return center or via your photo submission). Need an exchange pronto? The easiest and most efficient method is to place a new order and simply send back the original order for a return. 

Please note, we accept returns and exchanges from US and international customers. However, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 

30-Day Returns

If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we will accept unused items with all original box contents and packaging within 30 days of the shipping date.

All orders may be returned but customers are responsible for return shipping. email us at landy@westmenlights.com to notify us about a return or exchange.

Items must be in same condition as they were received including original packaging.We will not accept damaged product.

Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take up to seven business days for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your patience is appreciated.

Cancel

We accept cancel before the order shipped.Normally we ship the order within 48 hours. If the order cancel after packages shipped, We reject cancel but accept return policy. 

Refund

Every order we will match a tracking no. that can find shipping result on internet. and every package we require signed with delivery.So if customer no receive the package, please email us :nicole@westmenlights.com and we can help check detail of the package. but if the packages shows signed with delivery.Sorry, it is out of our responsibility.
